Tiger Woods has been arrested charged for drink driving

Tiger Woods has been arrested on DUI charges in Jupiter, Florida.

The golfer was stopped by cops early yesterday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was taken in around 3am and released from Palm Beach County Jail at 10:50 AM.

The 41-year-old's been recovering from recent back surgery.

Last week the golfing star revealed that he had no retirement plans from the sport and that he was feeling better than he had in a long time, writing on his website: "Presently, I'm not looking ahead".

In 2009 Tiger hit a tree while allegedly driving under the influence of Ambien, following a blowout fight with his then-wife Elin Nordegren. He was not charged with DUI at the time.
