Oscar-winning actress Tilda Swinton is known for her drastic on-screen transformations.
But her latest alteration, for a remake of 1977 Italian horror Suspiria, is certainly her most dramatic look to date!
The 56-year-old looks unrecognisable with a face full of prosthetic wrinkles, a white wig, and thick-rimmed specs.
The horror flick, which centres around the sinister goings on at the prestigious Markos Tanz Dance Academy in Berlin, boasts a stellar cast which includes Dakota Johnson, Mia Goth and Chloe Grace Moretz.
