At first glance, this Melbourne real estate photo appears to be showcasing a beautiful rustic kitchen.

But if you look closely you'll spot something rather cheeky...

Listed on the Bell Real Estate's property website, the Aussie family had no idea about the photobomb until a friend brought it to their attention.

And, of course, the image has since gone viral...

The mischievous three-year-old boy is the couple's son.

His mother, Jenny McAdam, told The Courier Mail: "We were huddling in the laundry locking him in. Even the real estate agent was helping me keep him out of the shots."

Apparently he was sneakier than they thought!
