Instagram model shares side-by-side comparisons revealing the reality behind "perfectly" staged photos

You all know the photos we're talking about.

Our Instagram and social media feeds are full of "perfect" photos of beautiful women and men.

But now, one model is speaking out to show that there is no such thing as the "perfect" body.

It's all just an illusion.

Chessie King took to Instagram to share side-by-side images of her bikini bod that were literally taken just seconds apart.

The 24-year-old, who previously struggled with body confidence, stresses that those flawless photos are all thanks to angles and lighting.

"I know I train consistently, I know I fuel myself well," King writes in the caption, " I know it's okay to let my belly out when I'm sitting down next to the pool."

"You know what I LOVE about people sharing these photos on Instagram? They make ME feel normal & even more okay with not being perfect," King continues. "The people that actually take their responsibility seriously & help educate you are the ones that should be taking over your newsfeed."

Urging her 231K followers to not base themselves what they see - because no one, not even an Instagram star, is free of imperfections - makes her an inspiration.
