The infamous texts between Married At First Sight's Jonathan and Scarlett revealed

Call it interesting or call it rubbish, there's no denying that Married at First Sight Australia is filled to the brim with drama. 

Earlier this week we saw a 'text scandal' go down between Jonathan and Scarlett as the two swapped numbers behind their respective partners backs.

The two naughty love birds got on like a house of fire at the very first dinner party, they then spent the following night texting each other.

Jonothan then progressed to boast about how much he'd been texting Scarlett to the producers, and this lead us all to wonder: what were they were texting about?

We'd expect secret desires to be revealed in the texts, but the truth is actually very boring. 

They were just talking about their shared love of tea! Yes, seriously.

“I like literally love tea,” Scarlett wrote in a message to Jon.

“Same! I drink too much. But I drink coffee during the day then when I feel like I’m going to die because I drank too much coffee I switch to green and peppermint,” Jon replied, before Scarlett added that she loves “English Breakfast.”

Well, it's not quite the big scoop that we hope for, but like anything on this show, you have to take it with a grain of salt.
