Chachi Files - Tami Neilson with 'Holy Moses'

Born in Canada, Tami spent much of her childhood touring with her family in the musical troupe "The Neilson Family Band".

As a grownup she met a kiwi bloke and moved her life here, lucky us! She's got two kiwi kids and has done for country music what Amy Winehouse did for R & B.

Until Chachi came in to share yarns on her I had no idea that she was classed as a country music performer?!

Let's face it, with a voice like this, I imagine she could take on any musical genre and own it.

In fact I saw her in "Lady sings the Blues" and she did!
