Anne Hathaway is calling out all her would-be haters as she gains weight for a new role.

The 35-year-old Devil Wears Prada actress shared a video of herself working out to let her fans know that she'll be packing on some pounds for an upcoming movie.

Prepared for an onslaught of comments from internet fat-shamers Anne made sure to warn them in advance with her very amusing caption, according to the Daily Mail.

She wrote: "I am gaining weight for a movie role and it is going well. To all the people who are going to fat shame me in the upcoming months, it’s not me, it’s you. Peace xx

"PS- I wanted to set this to Queen’s “Fat Bottomed Girls” but copyright said. Continued peace xx"

In the accompanying time-lapse clip the mother-of-one is seen embarking on a grueling workout with her trainer.

She wears patterned cropped leggings and a black tank top.

The actress didn't reveal which movie she is preparing for but she has several projects in the pipeline according to her IMDb.

She's set to star in Live Fast Die Hot, a drama about a New York woman who changes dramatically when she becomes a mom.

Also coming up is The Lifeboat, about a young woman on trial for murder.

The post comes one month after she took to social media to send another message to her haters.

Just before the 2018 Oscars, the Love & Other Drugs star reflected on the criticism surrounding her 2013 Academy Award win for Best Supporting Actress in Les Miserables.

Sharing a photo of her on stage during the ceremony, she wrote: "I had to change my dress last minute and so it looked like my nipples were hard, I had full-blown laryngitis and had to sing, and a bunch of corny haters were getting lots of attention from the media for being haters but you know what? It was still the best,

"To all the nominees, I hope you have a BLAST tonight doing all that #bestlife #oscars stuff. Peace xx."

Anne has a two-year-old son, Jonathan, with husband Adam Shulman.
