Former Shortland Street star welcomes twin boys

He may have Hollywood credentials now, but this former Shortland Street star has just taken on his biggest role yet.

Samoan-Kiwi actor Beulah Koale, who played troubled teen Jared on the local soap, and his partner Georgia Otene are celebrating parenthood, after the early arrival of their twin sons: Xavier and Isaac.

The star has shared plenty of heartwarming photos of himself holding his wee sons, pictured still in hospital.

Koale has also just been picked to star in the upcoming American war film Thank You For Your Service, produced by DreamWorks Pictures and directed by Jason Hall.
