Gordon Ramsay revealed he was banned from his daughter's parents evening after he took a selfie with the headmaster.

The TV chef said that the school asked him to leave and sent him an email asking him to "refrain" from going back.

Having already failed to turn up to numerous meetings with teachers, Mr Ramsay's behaviour was deemed too obnoxious to let him return.

"I failed at turning up for parents evening at my kids' school," he told Vegas magazine. "And then when I went to the next one with my youngest, Tilly, I asked the headmaster for a selfie, after which I got kicked out, and so I really f----- that one up!

"The following day I received an email saying: 'Can you please refrain from the next parents evening - we do not need the presence of Mr Ramsay'."

Mr Ramsay has an empire that includes 30 restaurants across the world and is an executive producer and star of five hit shows on US TV.

He has four children, Megan, 17, Tilly, 14, and twins Jack and Holly, 16, with wife Tana.
