Guy Sebastian shows off incredible body transformation

He stole our hearts when he took out the title of the first ever Australian Idol winner, and we have a feeling he's going to have the ladies swooning over him all over again!

That's because Guy Sebastian is now the proud owner of a well-chiselled six pack.

Sebastian is set to feature in the September issue of Men's Health after taking part in the magazine's transformation program.

The program included working with celebrity transformation coach Chief Brabon and Emilie Brabon-Hames for the last 8 weeks.

The Malaysian-born pop star has come a long way since winning the hearts of fans with his sweet personality, iconic 'fro and soulful voice!
