Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have welcomed their first child

Former Hills stars Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt welcomed a baby boy into the world yesterday.

Weighing six pounds 12 ounces, the couple have named the new arrival Gunner Stone.

Heidi took to Twitter to say the birth was the "best moment of my life!"

A representative for the couple also confirmed to Us Weekly magazine: "Heidi and Spencer are proud parents of a healthy baby boy as of this afternoon."

The reality stars have revealed their baby boy has blonde hair and blue eyes.
