Actor Jensen Ackles is melting our hearts.

The Supernatural star took to Instagram to show off his dad skills - and he definitely looks like he's got feeding time for his twin babies under control.

Along with the adorable snap, Jensen quipped: "When the remote control is right between your legs and you can't change the channel."

We're glad the father of three has his priorities in order - and we bet his 4-month-old daughter, Arrow Rhodes and son, Zeppelin Bram, are chuffed about the situation.

Jensen is married to actress and model Danneel Harris.
