He was long known for his barrel-chested physical appearance, but actor John Goodman has been hitting headlines this week after the premiere of the 'Roseanne' reboot.
Goodman has shed over a whopping 45kg off his 182kg frame thanks to a complete overhaul to his lifestyle.
Not only did the 65-year-old give up smoking and drinking, but he hired a world-renowned health coach, added exercise and completely cut sugar from his diet.
