Lena Dunham made one lucky woman's day while visiting The Ellen Show.

The actress revealed that she had recently been in the hospital dealing with endometriosis and that while she was there one very special nurse, Jonnella, had helped her through it all. Lena also noted that Jonnella happens to be a huge Ellen DeGeneres fan.

So to show her gratitude the Girls star decided to surprise Jonnella with a Facetime call with Ellen. Needless to say, Jonnella was over the moon.

While on the chat show, Lena, 30, shared that she has had to tackle online hate since her recent weight loss. The self proclaimed feminist also described being called a hypocrite for losing weight.

"You got a lot of flack for losing weight. What were they saying?" Ellen asked.

Lena then explained: "Well it's just so crazy because I spent six years of my career being called things like 'bag of milk' on the internet, you know 'baby cow,'  'aging cow.' I just never felt self conscious about it."

"Anyone who's going to take the time to say something negative about my weight on the internet wasn't someone I was particularly keen to impress anyway."

She then went on to describe what happened after she started working out to get a handle on her endometriosis, which had been causing her pain.

"Then I had this experience of my body changing and suddenly I had all these people being like, 'you're a hypocrite, I thought you were body positive. I thought you were a person who embraced bodies of all sizes,' and I'm like I do, I just also understand that bodies change, we live a long time, things happen.'"
