Love Island's Olivia Attwood is known for her long wavy golden locks, but this week she shocked fans when she unveiled a dramatic hair transformation.

The 27-year-old reality star went to the dark side on Wednesday, ditching her blonde curls for a straight and sleek brunette 'do.

Taking to Instagram to share photos of her new look, Attwood said she had gone dark because she “fancied a change”.

The reality beauty's followers were quick to comment on her new look... after doing a double take.

“In this pic, you look like Tulisa from N Dubs, but you look stunning,” one fan commented.

But it turned out the TV star was just wearing a wig.

“Ok so I didn’t actually go brown. I was playing dress up,” the hilarious prankster wrote on Instagram as she shared a photo of herself with her usual blonde hair.

“I still think blondes have more fun?” she added in her update.
