Macaulay Culkin has unveiled a dramatic image overhaul - and we have to admit he doesn't just look healthy, he's looking pretty handsome too!

After years of looking scruffy and scrawny, the Home Alone child star proudly showed off a brand new hair cut and a fuller figure.

The 36-year-old, who was seen leaving Craig’s restaurant in Los Angeles on Sunday after enjoying an evening with his Changeland co-star Brenda Song, also looked much happier.
