Our favourite doctor on Home and Away has just popped the question!

Kiwi actor Kyle Pryor has some good news to share.

He’s just proposed to his girlfriend Julia-Rose O'Connor – and she said yes.

Pryor proposed to the Australian writer/director over the weekend in a remote location near the beach in a romantic white tepee.

He posted the photo on his Facebook page to share the good news.

“And so it begins the next chapter Julia-Rose O’Connor, I love you,” he wrote, using a love heart and diamond ring emoji.

The couple have been dating seriously for a number of years and look to have recently visited Noosa to celebrate their engagement.

Kyle first found fame on the set of Shortland Street and later got snatched up by Australia’s hit TV show Home and Away, where he plays Dr Nate Cooper.
