You may not remember this heated pop star rivalry.

But long before Katy Perry and Taylor Swift locked horns, there was another famous feud that ruled the music world ...

... between Pink and Christina Aguilera.

But now, the What About Us singer - who is set to receive the MTV VMAs Vanguard Award - has revealed that their beef has finally been put out to pasture.

"I love Xtina [Christina], we've made amends," Pink wrote on Twitter in response to a user who joked: "Let's celebrate Pink's Vanguard Award with the only relevant video of her career, starring as Xtina backup singer."

Pink also continued her response, writing: "Let's be an example of inclusion and celebration. You don't have to like me at all, I'm ok with that. Just be a decent person."

"And you're f***in rip van winkle if you've never seen one of my videos."

Pink originally fell out with Christina while filming the music video for the 2001 song, Lady Marmalade, which also featured Lil' Kim and Mya.

At the time the two singers clashed over who got to sing the best lines of the song. In a 2009 VH1 documentary, Pink revealed that she "just became the a**h***" after a music exec tried to give Christina the better singing parts.

Although the experience pitted Pink and Christina against each other for years, the singer now insists that the hate is all in the past.

In a follow-up tweet, Pink wrote that "the best part of music is [that] there's room for everyone to win at the same time."

We're glad this age-old tiff has finally come to an end!
