Prince William opened up about his mother’s death while comforting a 14-year-old boy who lost his own parent.

The Prince and wife Kate Middleton were visiting a hospice in Luton, England when the 34-year-old revealed he still thinks about Princess Diana almost everyday of his life.

Young Ben Hines' Mum had passed away last year according to Daily Mail and Prince William had some comforting words for him:

“Time makes it easier...I know how you feel. I still miss my mother every day — and it’s 20 years after she died.”

Admitting that men are not “great sharers” when it comes to their emotions, William made the young boy promise to keep contact with his brothers and father, saying, “Promise me that you will talk to each other.”

The 31st August marks the 19th anniversary since Princess Diana's death, and her sons already have plans for the 20th anniversary.
