Kiwi star Pua Magasiva has tied the knot with his stunning bride, Lizz Sadler.

According to the Woman's Day, the pair got married on Saturday 14 April at Auckland venue The Riverhead, surrounded by friends and family, with a guest list of 125.

Many of Magasiva's famous pals attended, including Shortland Street's Ben Mitchell, Jarod Rawiri, Luke Patrick and Lukas Whiting, as well as former castmates Te Kohe Tuhaka and Frankie Adams. Their MC was Sione's Wedding star John Tui.

Magasiva's daughter Jasmine, 7, and Sadler's daughter Laylah, 6, were a huge part of the ceremony, including acting as ring bearers and giving speeches.

Magasiva also got a huge surprise when his twin brother Tanu was able to make a surprise appearance after the heart surgery he was supposed to be undergoing in Wellington was postponed.

That was the first thing to bring on Magasiva's tears: "I lost it just then. It means everything to me for my twin to be here. We're like yin and yang, but he's always had my back and made sure I felt safe ever since we were born," he told Woman's Day.

But that wasn't the end of the waterworks, Magasiva got teary throughout the ceremony but lightened things up with his hilarious vows in which he vowed not to do things like eat with his mouth open, sing, or snore too loud.

Magasiva and Sadler met in October 2016 after she followed him on Instagram and caught his attention. He proposed just 10 months later in Queenstown.

Magasiva says: "People might say this has happened too fast, but when love hits you with this intensity, you don't want to spend a second apart. I know we'll be together forever."

The happy newlyweds honeymooned in Rarotonga, spending time on "Honeymoon Island" Aitutaki.
