Which Kiwi celebs should star on Married at First Sight?

The entries are open for this year’s New Zealand version of Married at First Sight.

After a dramatic end to Australia’s MAFS series, perhaps we need a few down-to-earth Kiwis to prove that true love still exists.

We thought it would be the perfect opportunity to have a look at our most eligible single Kiwis who might be willing to give the second season of Married at First Sight New Zealand whirl.

Viarni Bright

She is the gorgeous surfy chick and ‘Mountie’ from Mount Maunganui who won Zac Franich’s heart in The Bachelor New Zealand last year but have since split.

2018 has been a year of fun festivals and ‘gal-time’ but you never know, she might give reality television another crack to find true love a second time around!

Samantha Hayes

Three’s star news anchor is recently single and certainly a catch.

She would need a strong, independent man who would support her through whatever endeavour she would face – even reporting from sub-zero temperatures in Antarctica!

Cam Mansel

This fun-loving radio star would be an absolute heartthrob and pleasure to watch on our NZ tellies.

Mansel is quirky, funny, open and honest and would make an excellent and thoughtful husband.

Damian McKenzie

This star All Black might be too busy training for next year’s Rugby World Cup in Japan, but would make one heck of a hubby.

The Chiefs player has just signed on for three more years in the Waikato, so maybe he needs a lovely Hamilton lady to keep him company?

Mike McRoberts

The Newshub anchor has been training hard for his marathons and broke the internet earlier this year for his impressive yet surprising physique.

McRoberts split with his wife Paula Penfold in November last year after 20 years of marriage, so could be a contender for MAFS NZ.

Brodie Kane

Gorgeous Cantabrian and TV and radio star Brodie Kane would be excellent talent on MAFS.

Not only has she kept an up to date running commentary on the Australian version on her social media, but she is realistic and has a great sense of fun and humour when it comes to relationships.

Kane has many close friends who support her and strong family values that would be important during the beginning stages of starting a new romance.

Peter Burling

The Team New Zealand helmsman who won Olympic gold and silver medals would be a top contender to find love on MAFS NZ.

Burling excels on the ocean and would enjoy sharing his love of the sea with someone special.
