Even in a form-fitting dress and heels, Jessica Biel makes the iconic 'Dirty Dancing' lift look so damn easy.

Totally shocked by the performance Ellen was quick to compliment the actress saying: “That was fantastic! Somebody now has to top that entrance. That is the best entrance we’ve ever had.”

The 35-year-old later admitted she practices the lift all the time with husband, Justin Timberlake.

“I make him do stuff like that all the time,” she said. “His back goes out. It’s a disaster. Certainly, all the time. In the pool, outside of the pool. It's a little easier [in the pool], yeah."
