Macklemore helps his grandama celebrate her 100th birthday in the best way

American hip hop star Macklemore has completely melted our hearts.

The Thrift Shop rapper surprised his grandma, Helen, for her 100th birthday by taking her out for the greatest day ever.

Their adventures - which included egging houses, hitting up the arcade, going on a shopping spree and even getting a cheeky lap dance from a male stripper - were all caught on camera and can be seen in his brand new music video, Glorious.

Macklemore is officially the best grandson ever.
