Estelle chats with Chris McKay - Director of The Lego Batman Movie

The Lego Batman movie is officially in cinemas here in NZ this Thursday 6th April 2017.

It's a super fast-paced action animation where Batman accidentally adopts an orphan and has to learn to let others in, being a loner isn't the way to go!

There is sooooooo much in this movie for the kids and the big kids - actually.....there's LOTS for the big kids! It's LEGO and BATMAN! Plenty to love.

Estelle spoke with director Chris McKay on his passion for animation, stemming from his childhood, which comes first - the voice or the animation and choosing to make the baddies go 'up' in this film.
