Amira Mikail's heartbreaking battle with endometriosis and miscarriage leads to surrogacy

For a lot of women around the world, falling pregnant is not an easy road.

This was incredibly true for Canadian-born Kiwi mother, Amira Mikail – who shared with Sarah, Sam and Toni her harrowing battle with fibroids, endometriosis, infertility, IVF and miscarriage.

Eventually, Amira was able to experience motherhood thanks to surrogacy – which is the path Toni Street has gone down for her third child, due in August.

Amira went on to write the book, Mission to Motherhood to provide information and hope for other women longing to be mothers that are struggling on their journey to parenthood.
