Lou Bega has spilled that he once hooked up with a very famous singer ...

The '90s singer chatted to Toni and Sam ahead of the So Pop show in Auckland, where he talked about his quick rise to fame and the perks that came with it.

"You have the little nuggets, like kissing Jennifer Lopez at The Grammy's... That's what little boys dreamed of!"

Continuing to dish out the goss, Bega went on to talk about the famous Monica, Erica and Rita's in the song, confessing that "75% of the names are really real!"
