While plenty of people measure their levels of success in monetary terms, one multi-millionaire and life coach says there a far more accurate way of determining your achievements.

Rob Moore, the multi-millionaire co-founder of Progressive Property, who has helped thousands of people become entrepreneurs and find self-fulfillment, says there are five ways of determining just how accomplished you are.

Here, he shares the five with the Daily Mail - and says if you can tick off at least four, then rest assured, you've achieved success in your life.

1. You have self-belief

"You are able to follow your heart, chase your goals and never give up on your dreams. You have faith that you can open your 'parachute' [of self-belief] after you’ve jumped - and won't let anyone tell you to do otherwise."

2. You endure - and enjoy - challenges

"Success is never easy, but when you do what you love, it is the easiest hard work in the world. Accept the challenges as well as the wins. Be grateful that you get problems to solve, and solve them with passion. I used to think that as I got better success would get easier. I was wrong. As you get better your challenges get bigger, so embrace them and your success will continue to grow."

3. You have loved ones and mentors

"It is a myth that success is self-made. No man is an island. It is a sign of strength, not weakness, to ask for help and support from your friends and family. Find and follow those who have been there, done it and make success look easy. Get their advice. Have them as your mentors, like Bill Gates has Warren Buffett as his mentor."

4. You're happy in your job

"You’re in a job you like that you're happy getting out of bed to go to. You're also in an industry where you can see future growth."

5. You give back

"You care about people, family, clients and staff, and share your wealth of knowledge and money where relevant. You make a difference to others and you have others who help you."
