Tourist Left Clinging to Friend After Instructor Forgot to Attach Harness

An American tourist was left holding on for dear life after an instructor failed to attach him to a zip line in Thailand.

According to Megan Reinhardt, who uploaded the video to YouTube, the incident occurred in the popular tourist area of Chiang Mai, after the employee forgot to connect the man's carabiner to the 1,300ft-long wire.

In the clip, the woman, who is attached correctly, can be heard screaming as her friend falls beneath her.
