Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have 'called off the divorce'

It has been almost two years since they split but it seems time does heal all wounds.

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are reportedly in "marriage-repair mode" 20 months after calling it quits on their 10-year union, the Daily Mail reports.

The 44-year-old actress has decided to no go forward with a divorce from her estranged husband, multiple sources told People magazine.

Just a month ago, Jen was about to file against the 44-year-old actor but their relationships has made an abrupt turn.

A source close to Jen told People: "Jen has called off the divorce. She really wants to work things out with Ben. They are giving things another try."

Another source who knows both of them added: "There is always a chance of reconciliation. They love each other. They also really, really love their kids and those kids love their parents."

Since their split in June 2015 amid rumours Ben had cheated with a nanny, the pair have been the example of how to co-parent.

Ben has continued to live in the family's Los Angeles home and when he has been on location, Jennifer has taken children - Samuel, 5, Seraphina, 8, and Violet, 11 - to be with him.

A day after the Oscars, the former couple threw a joint birthday for Samuel and it seemed like everything was back to normal.

A source told people: "The girls had wrapped presents for Sam, including superhero toys. They had a cake. Everyone seemed happy."

But getting to this point has been tough, as marriage limbo has taken its toll.

"Life with Ben has always been up and down for Jen," another source told the magazine. "Jen made it clear to Ben a while ago that she wants to have a life with three kids and one husband and not feel like she had four kids. It's exhausting having to worry about Ben constantly."

This is no doubt why just a month ago Jen was looking at finally filing for divorce, People said.

Another source told the magazine: "Jen was telling friends that she plans on filing for divorce.

"She just wanted to move on and focus on the happy things in her life. She was exhausted from all the ups and downs."

But with Ben now focused on being a better man for her and the family, it appears like they will once again try to make things work.
