Brad Pitt makes rare public appearance looking hotter than ever

He’s back and he's looking better than ever!

Brad Pitt's had a tough year following his split from wife Angelina Jolie.

But the handsome actor looked back to his old self as he swung by the 2017 LACMA Art + Film Gala over the weekend.

His long locks and scruffy beard are gone, with the 53-year-old Oscar winner opting for a clean shave instead.

Brad - who has been keeping a low-key profile recently - was also without a tipple, having given up drinking.

Speaking to GQ this year he revealed: "I can't remember a day since I got out of college when I wasn't boozing or had a spliff, or something.

"I mean I stopped everything except boozing when I started my family. But even this last year, you know - things I wasn't dealing with.

"I was boozing too much. It's just become a problem. And I'm really happy it's been half a year now, which is bittersweet, but I've got my feelings in my fingertips again."

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt last September after 12 years together.

The former couple are co-parents to six children - Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne.
