The Duchess of Cambridge has only recently returned to her royal duties after suffering from severe morning sickness.

And now she's given us another glimpse of her growing baby bump as she attended a gala dinner for The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families.

The 35-year-old, who is expecting her third child with Prince William in April, was the picture of elegance in a fitted floor-length black lace Diana Von Furstenberg gown, which showed just a hint of her baby bump.

Glowing Kate also wore the £785 dress when she was pregnant with Princess Charlotte in 2014, which has fevered speculation the baby will be a girl.

Kate had previously described her life as mother to Prince George and Charlotte as a "rewarding and wonderful experience”.

But she also recently admitted it's been a "huge challenge" at times that has left her feeling a "lack of confidence".

The royal couple were forced to announce they were expecting another child earlier this year after Kate suffered from the same severe morning sickness that she suffered while carrying George, four, and Charlotte, two.
