Taylor Swift Has Now Moved Down The Country

Has Taylor Swift arrived in the South Island?

Amid rumours the chart-topping US performer is in New Zealand, a private jet touched down at Queenstown Airport this morning.

A woman, believed to be an incognito Swift, dressed in long black jacket with a hood up, walked sideways down the stairs.

Intentionally turning away from ODT cameras as she walked down the stairs, she was quickly escorted to a waiting vehicle before a motorcade left the airport.

Sources confirmed to the Herald that Swift, who skipped the American Music Awards on Monday to shoot her music video for Out of the Woods before the start of her Australian tour, is indeed in New Zealand.

She was reportedly spotted on Bethells Beach shooting the video on Monday afternoon by a fan who snapped a grainy photo of "a girl in a blue dress in the water".

Hashtag #TaylorSwiftWatch has been trending on Twitter for the past few days.
