Happy National Pizza Day: BBQ chicken pizza dippers recipe

What You’ll Need:
- 1 sheet pizza dough
- 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1tbsp chopped parsley
- 6 rashers cooked bacon, diced
- 2 cups diced chicken
- 2tbsp oil for cooking
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 cup Red Leicester, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella, grated
- Optional: 1 cup soured cream, 1tbsp chopped chives
How You Make It:
- Preheat the oven to 200c.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the chicken. Fry until cooked through then roughly chop into small pieces and place in a bowl alongside the BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, parsley and bacon.
- Place the rectangle of pizza dough on a baking sheet. Spread over the chicken mixture then top with onion, mozzarella and Red Leicester. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the dough is cooked through and crisp.
- Slice up the pizza into lengths and serve up with the sour cream and chive dip.
