Scientists have just revealed, drinking two glasses of red wine before bed could help you lose weight.

Yes! Drinking wine = losing weight.

The study - which was conducted by Washington State University and Harvard Medical School - explains that there is a polyphenol called "reservatrol" in red wine that lends us a hand in the weight loss department.

This "reservatrol" converts white fat into "obesity-fighting" beige fat, which is much easier for the body to break down.

Plus, the study also found the "reservatrol" suppresses your appetite as well!

Not a big drinker?

No worries, the magical polyphenol can also be found in some fruits, like blueberries, strawberries and grapes.
