Aotearoa's award-winning artist Georgia Lines has returned with her latest single, the synth-pop stadium-ready anthem, ‘Romeo’.

Following the phenomenal success of her previous chart-topper, ‘Monopoly’, ‘Romeo’ leans even further into the pop-soundscape Georgia has become synonymous with.

Layered vocals, stacked harmonies, '80s-inspired synths and hook-laden choruses are paired with an intensity in the lyrics, as Georgia explores universal themes of relationship fantasies vs. realities.

“‘Romeo’ is about the reality of the tensions you can sometimes feel in a relationship and wanting the ease of the “Romeo” fantasy,” she explains.
