New Zealand singer-songwriter, Max Allais, has opened up the next chapter of his artistic journey with the extremely catchy new single, ‘Cry Baby.’

Blending honest lyrics, distinctive vocals and a contemporary pop sound, ‘Cry Baby’ explores vulnerability, self-doubt and the complexities of relationships.

"When I wrote ‘Cry Baby’, I wanted to capture that turning point after heartbreak where you finally stop looking back," says Max.

"It’s about being hurt, picking yourself up, and realising you’ve moved on. I really wanted to capture this feeling while keeping the song upbeat. The song is honest and emotional, but it’s also fun, confident, and full of life. I hope anyone who’s been through a breakup can hear this song and feel a little stronger by the end of it."
