Hosts England will not feature in the Rugby World Cup quarterfinals.

England have been dominated 33-13 by Australia in their Pool match in Twickenham.

A dominant first half from the Wallabies saw the visitors storm out to a 17-3 lead at the halftime break, courtesy of two Bernard Foley converted tries.

Foley slotted another penalty early in the second spell for Australia to build the margin to 17.

England started to rally back with an Anthony Watson try in the 56th minute, and along with another penalty came within seven points.
