Remember the adorable nine-year old from Friends, Ben?

Of course you do!

Well the actor who played him is all grown up now! Oh… and as it turns out, that little boy was in fact TWO little boys.

Twins Dylan and Cole Sprouse began acting at the age of eight months following a suggestion from their grandmother.

Their first major theatrical film role was in the 1999 comedy, Big Daddy, in which they shared the role of a five-year-old boy named Julian who is adopted by Adam Sandler's character, Sonny Koufax. Though the film received mixed reviews, the two were nominated for multiple awards for their role in the film.

Dylan and Cole were later cast in the Disney Channel original series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, where they portrayed identical twins Zack and Cody Martin, respectively.

With the success of Suite Life, the boys decided to try their hand at other aspects of the industry.

In 2005 they formed the Sprouse Bros brand – a brand aimed at including "cool kids" and "nerds" as one large demographic. The brand created and released clothing, comics and magazines.

After Suite Life ended, both boys were accepted to NYU. Cole focused on humanities and archaeology while Dylan studied video game design. Both boys graduated in 2015.

These days, Cole can be seen in Riverdale. And Dylan was recently cast in horror film, Dismissed.Â
