While Alicia Zeek and Zac Smith don't classify themselves as religious, they're reconsidering after spotting what appears to be Jesus in the image.

Can you see it?

If you look closely at the far left of the sonogram, you'll see a distinct shape.

The couple say somebody was definitely keeping watch over their little one, as Briella was born happy and healthy.
