Jennifer Lopez has just made a make-up free Instagram post and people are in awe

Massive celebrities very rarely decide to post snaps of themselves on Instagram without make-up for a number of reasons, but J-Lo has just stepped out, and done just that.

In the video that she posted, she discusses what she has to do in preparation for a show.

As usual, fans rushed to the comments and told her how beautiful the star looked sans make-up.

You are stunning, absolutely beautiful without anything,” wrote one fan.

“Holee shux (sic), you look even more beautiful without makeup, have a good day,” shared another.

“Beautiful! What skin care products do I use do tell,” asked a third.  

According to her trainer, the secret to J-Lo's amazing skin lies in her diet;

"It's all organic and it's all very well thought out, with the balance of very high-quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food,"

So basically it's not that hard to look like J-Lo, you just have to cut a couple of things out of your diet. 

The bad news is that those items are probably the foods that you look forward to most.
