At some point, most of us who have our drivers license are probably going to get slapped with a speeding ticket.

For Kiwis, speeding fines can start at $30 for speeds less than 10 km/h over the limit, to a maximum fine of $630 for speeds up to 50km/h over the limit.

At more than 40 km/h above the speed limit you can also get a 28-day license suspension.

More than 50 km/h over the limit - you can be charged with careless, dangerous or reckless driving.

But luckily, our New Zealand Police are here to help prevent us from being caught out speeding.

Waikato Police have taken to Facebook to share their MIND BLOWING trick:

Isn't that just such a GREAT trick?!
