This show - HBO's Chernobyl - has just become TV's highest-rated series EVER!

HBO's latest miniseries Chernobyl has taken out the position for Highest Rated Show Ever on online database IMDb just a month after it premiered in the United States and the United Kingdom.

That puts it ahead of incredibly high rating TV shows such as Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad and Planet Earth II.

The show has had an amazing response, with some fans comparing it to the final season of Game of Thrones.

The show received a 9.7/10 rating on IMDb, whereas Band of Brothers received 9.4/10 and Game of Thrones received 9.3/10.

The second Highest Rated Show has a rating of 9.5/10 on the online database.

The show is available to stream on Neon and screened on SKY's SoHo.
