Mental Health Awareness Week: Ben Boyce reveals the one thing that always boosts his mental wellbeing

Looking after our own mental health is one of the best things we can do for ourselves.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, so we’re taking a little time to talk about some of the things we do that help brighten our day and support our mental wellbeing.

For Ben Boyce, it’s something so simple and yet so important - spending time with his daughters Sienna and Indie!

"Spending time with my two daughters definitely helps me boost my wellbeing," Ben says. 

"Whether it's jumping on the trampoline, watching a movie or even them making me into a random robot out of empty boxes! 

"I'm not an expert but I'm working on trying to be more present in these moments with them and not be thinking about lots of other things that are going on."

It’s so true that being present in the moment and enjoying the little things in life can help even more than we think!
