How Hilary Barry helped out a Hits listener

Seven Sharp host, Hilary Barry helped one Hits listener get closer to winning a $10K spend up.

Kat - who is 36 weeks pregnant – is one of the 10 finalists left vying for $10,000 to spend at H&J Smith in the Living with Callum and P competition.

Working their way through a challenge booklet to gain points, Kat managed to tick off the biggest challenge – get a photo with Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, worth a whopping 500 points!

And that’s all thanks to Hilary Barry who helped the two connect after putting out a plea over social media.

How cool is that?!

However the win isn’t a shoe-in for Kat just yet, she has some steady opposition, with the other finalists working just as hard to earn those points! Not to mention, by the end of the week the pool will drop down to just five contenders.
