For a lot of men getting their little guys checked can seem awkward and daunting.
But having male fertility tested can be vital as sperm quality is a key factor for many couples when it comes to trying to conceive.
This week Sam had his sperm checked and it all turned out positive. However going to a clinic isn't the only way you can get tested.
SwimCount is a self-testing kit that can be taken at home, making things a lot less embarrassing.
The device is a semi-quantitative test for male infertility.Â
Infertility in men - as defined by the World Health Organisation - is determined by measuring the concentration of motile sperm cells as either above or below 5 million motile cells per mL of semen.Â
SwimCount, which was developed in Denmark, not only accurately assess a male's sperm count but also its quality by measuring the sperm cells' ability to swim.
Which is great news if you're trying to a baby and feel like you want to know how your swimmers are doing.
