Every year in the lead-up to Christmas I make several batches of this tasty treat. It’s become a bit of a tradition!
If you haven’t heard of them before, get ready for your life to change, because these are scrumptious, plus they are great to have in the freezer to pop onto a platter, or just on their own.
They are so easy and next-level DE-LIC-IOUS!
P’s TOFFEE POP TRUFFLES
• 1 packet toffee pops - chopped finely
• 125g cream cheese (standard NOT spreadable)
• ½ cup icing sugar
1. Mix together
2. Roll into balls
3. Roll the balls in coconut
Pop in either the fridge or freezer - I freeze mine as they not only last longer, but are not as tempting every time you open the fridge.
