Estelle begins her cycle challenge training at home

Richard from Wattbike's dropped this bad boy off at my house so the training can continue outside the studio for the Abel Tasman Cycle Challenge in December.

Decided to take in some fresh air while I gave my first round of interval training a go. Felt like hard slog today despite the sunshine and new sports bra lol!

Managed 20 minutes of interval training - where you increase the intensity each minute, drop back to the start and repeat a few times. Good, hard, knees still hurt a bit from Wed studio session.
