Exercise without even realising coz you're laughing so much! Jumping on the tramp - definitely NOT just for kids and waaaayy harder than any of us had expected. I reckon a few classes on this and you'd be noticing some changes in no time.
Lots of fun, got a good sweat up, took some confidence to jump high, but loved it.
Sore legs and abs later in the day and clearly some smaller muscle groups I haven't targeted in a while.
