Try it Out Tuesday - The 30/30/30 Workplace Challenge

I saw a friend post about this on Facebook - cheers Jono! Sweating it out at his work in jeans and shirt and I figured there was no reason why I couldn't add some incidental exercise into my working day/night too.

So getting amongst the 30/30/30 Workplace Challenge.

Each day while at work (or you could just do it along with me every night so you don't forget even if your work day is over) we complete: 

30 Squats

30 Push-ups

30 Sit-ups

You could smash em out all at once or break it up into parts across the day. Up to you.

Challenge your workmates to do it with you.

Who doesn't need their heart rate elevated a few more times through the day. Might be just the thing to relieve work place stress and focus on you being stronger and it'll be like it never happened by the time you get home each day - yay!

I'm committing to it for the next week and hopefully it'll become a habit I keep up here in the studio.

How 'bout....If you miss a day you have to add on 10 burpees?? Ekkk now there's a threat haha - Estelle
