We got into this class a few weeks back - A Bungee Fitness Class with Grounded Aerial® Bungee!
It was challenging, hot and very funny. The best bit was swinging round as fast as we could, would've liked more crazy, go for it time. I think it would give you good strong back and stomach muscles if it was a regular, but with the clumsy baby elephant style I had, I'm not sure it's a forever for me ?!?
